We're All in This Together

I remember as a new Christian, one of my first experiences was suggesting that a group of us didn’t need to rush back for Sunday evening worship. Someone told me, “The Bible says we shouldn’t forsake the assembling one with another, so we’d better get there.” Instantly, this passage became one of guilt. If I was out of town, I’d better find a church to go to so I didn’t violate this command. But is that what it really means? ​
